SIGMA MIXER
Complete dispersion is achieved by a combination of stretching, folding, kneading and tearing action The correct pitch of "Z" blades provide effective movement of the material from each end of the trough to its centre. Discharge of the material can be carried out by numerous options like, tilting the trough manually or automatically and through bottom discharge.

• This Manually operated machine is suitable for cutting slabs into bars and bars into cakes.
• When the slabs are cut into bars, there is no need to touch or handle the bars for cutting the cakes
• By rotating the handle the cakes are cut according to the desired size as per adjustments done in the frame
• The machine is fitted with cutting frames which are detachable
• The frame is provided with spring steel wires and tightened with brass clamps and wing nuts
• Necessary space is available in the frame for making adjustments in the size of bars and cakes
• Capacity of operation per stroke in double cutting
• 21 bars per stroke or 81 cakes per stroke

• The machine is suitable to stamp out cakes or bars as needed.
